ince the beginning of 2010, the team at Creative Surfaces has designed, built, and installed close to 200 electronic signs, and many monument and pylon signs. The signs are designed and built right here in Sioux Falls and shipped all over the country.

Canterbury Park in Shakopee, MN got a new sign for the “Card Club” reception desk. This single-sided sign cabinet has a Copper Meteor finish. The horse logo is cut out of the Chemetal face, has a white plexi back and is lit with white LED lights. In addition, we built the “Card Casino” entrance sign, the “Chips Bar” sign, and “MVP Rewards” sign.

Creative Surfaces built the new Mystic 8 Ball Kiosk for SCA Gaming. The dimensional title is laser cut plexi with mounted nonlit print. It has ambient lighting with speakers hidden internally. The 3’ sphere 8 ball is mounted for vertical motion and has a 15” LCD monitor mounted to bottom of the ball with changing prizes. The base rides on lockable casters.

Next time you visit Northern Lights Casino in Walker, MN check out the new sign for the “Dancing Fire” Restaurant. A single-sided wall mounted sign that has an aluminum oval backer with grinder marks to simulate flames. “Dancing Fire” is dimensional routed sign foam letters that are painted & halo lit with LED’s. The flames are backlit with alternating LED’s to simulate movement.

Earlier this spring, Creative Surfaces helped with the opening of a new branch on eastside Sioux Falls by building and installing the casework at Sioux Falls Federal Credit Union. For this project, we used a combination of Wilsonart “Kensington Maple” and Formica “Figured Annigre” with Chemetal “Nomadic Aluminum” for accent on the greeter desk, remote teller stations and cabinets. We used Silestone’s Eco “Terra” on all the desks and Wilsonart “Sable Soapstone” on customer work station. Notice the curved soffit above the greeter’s desk….it too was built and installed by our creative team.
