This relatively small piece of equipment greatly improves operation efficiencies and expands our customized application offerings. We can create dimensional signage and graphic pieces, as well as engravings.

Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Router The CNC router is our “work horse” machine. It uses mathematics and coordinate systems to process information about where to move and how fast. The router’s ability to move in three directions at once allows it to create almost any desired pattern or shape. AutoCAD drawings are translated and sent directly to the router to fabricate custom store fixtures, solid surface countertops, trade show displays, sign parts, cabinet parts and three-dimensional pieces. We are able to use a variety materials for different applications.
LightJet 5000 Wide-Format Printer and Processor
The LightJet design incorporates advanced laser technology to optimize color range and color resolution. Its 36-bit color space is capable of producing 68 billion colors on translucent, clear and reflective material. We can print any size up to 97” x 49”.
