ne of Creative Surfaces' newest accounts is CB Richard Ellis (CBRE). CBRE is the global leader in real estate services including real estate development and project management.

Creative Surfaces, Inc. was awarded the national fixture package of one of CBRE’s clients in the finance industry. To qualify to serve this national account, Creative Surfaces was required to meet strict vendor qualifications, provide numerous references and perform on-site visits to several completed projects.

The millwork package includes a standard laminate fixture package in addition to custom wood cabinets and millwork at several locations. We have completed numerous projects in Texas, Florida, Arizona and California.

One CBRE initiative relates to environmental sustainability. We have researched “green” materials to incorporate into our fixture package to help contribute LEED points to CBRE projects. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a rating system that provides standards for building environmentally sustainable buildings. “Green” projects are designed to create energy efficiencies and healthier work environments and are becoming more popular in all types of buildings.
