Project Year Round Brown
year Round Brown is in the business of making
people look good. The goal at Creative Surfaces,
Inc. was to make Year Round Brown look good.

During August, we assisted Year Round Brown
with the remodeling at three of their Sioux Falls
water area locations. YRB
wanted the
tanning salons
to have a
ambience. To
c apture this,
they repainted
the salons with
a warm gold
color, added
wall sconces
with soft lighting and new beds. Creative Surfaces redesigned and built new cash wraps with retail product shelves. The cash wrap is multi-level using High Definition Laminate on the lower level and on the upper level we used a quartz product, Cambria’s Oakhamption. The retail cabinet behind the cash wrap utilizes the same laminate top with adjustable glass shelving and puck lights. The casework was built using Pionite laminate that creates the look of natural wood. So that the entire salon has a unified look, the Creative Surfaces team also built the casework that surrounds the beverage cooler that provides the YRB clients with easy access to bottled water. All of the projects were
installed by the Creative Surfaces installation team, including the waterfalls at each location.

Broom Tree is a retreat center – a place to put your faith and family first. The Youth & Family Camp at Broom Tree is operated by the Catholic Diocese of Sioux Falls, but is open to all who desire to grow

spacein their relationship with God through the beauty of his creation. Over $130,000 was raised to support this important youth ministry of the Diocese of Sioux Falls.
