Early 2017 the install team at Creative Surfaces spend several days in Rapid City, South Dakota installing custom built multi-family housing cabinets and countertops for Copper Ridge Luxury Apartments.  Copper Ridge Apartments offers various amenities such as brand new appliances, dining room, eat in kitchen, extra storage, fully equipped kitchen, large closet space, master bedrooms, vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets, washer and dryer, and many more! The Copper Ridge community provides a clubhouse and community room with fitness center; and beautiful views of the Black Hills. 

This project involved five buildings; some of them have 67 units in them.  However throughout the project we used same cabinetry and quartz countertop material.  All the kitchens have slightly different layouts depending on whether they are 1, 2, or 3 bedroom units.  Some have islands, while others might be an “L” kitchen.  The bathrooms are 42″ vanities in all units.  Throughout the project we used Grandview Kiln Dried Maple Cabinets with a “Teak” stain color and Shaker door style.  In the kitchens we used Mandy Li (V54405) 3/4″ quartz countertops; in the bathrooms we used Cultured Marble “White/White” glossy countertops with an oval recessed bowl.
