There’s a new fitness studio in Sioux Falls, SD and it will help you sculpt a NEW form.  FORM Fitness opened their doors in February 2014 and Creative Surfaces was there to help by designing, building, and installing the custom made cabinetry – a reception desk; as well as interior and exterior signage.

The reception desk is a multi-level desk made using a combination of Wilsonart plastic laminate.  The half wall is “Designer White” with “Satin Stainless” inlay accent strip.  The face of the file cabinets are “Satin Stainless”  with white melamine interiors; and “Designer White” for the upper and lower countertops.   The interior signage on the backwall is 1/4″ red plexi “FORM” letters flush mounted to the wall.  “Fitness” is 1/8″ white plexi letters flush mounted with a red vinyl strip below.  “Studio & Boutique” are white vinyl letters.

On the exterior signage, we took the “FORM” letters and reverse lit them with white LEDs.  Each letter is a 4″ deep can with faces/returns painted red.   The “Fitness” letters are backlit with white LEDs; these cans are 3″ deep with returns painted metallic silver.   Each letter is flush mounted to the wall.   The pylon sign face is red translucent vinyl mounted to 3/16″ white Lexan.
