Fall of 2013, the Creative Surfaces install teams spent several weeks installing residential cabinets and countertops at the new Dakota Lofts in downtown Sioux Falls, South Dakota.  Experience the best of downtown Sioux Falls living in these modern and spacious lofts. A total of 40 lofts offering a variety of floorplans, each loft features a blend of classic elements with a contemporary flair, to create new downtown living space. The generous open floor plans, high ceilings, dark woods, and brushed nickel finish appliances create a warm & modern living space. We supplied the residential cabinets and countertops for this project.  Secured and installed the granite for the kitchens and vanities, the laminate for kitchen countertops, all the undermount China sinks for all the vanities, the custom wood countertop supports and decorative hardware for the cabinetry.  

Throughout the project and in all 40 units where there is granite we used 3cm Granite “Sensa Silver Silk.  The bathroom vanities have granite backsplash and endsplash.  Where there is laminate we used Formica 180fx “Dolce Vita” with an integrated backsplash. For the laminate countertops we used drop-in sinks and cut the holes on-site.
