Let’s take a peek into this project including gym cabinetry manufacturing we did for Gold’s Gym of Austin TX. Gold’s Gym has been a longtime loyal customer of Creative Surfaces. Here you’ll see some of the finest custom gym cabinetry manufacturing in the United States. This project included:

Throughout this gym we used a combination of plastic laminates including Formica “Sand Maple and Formica “Black”.
The front desk is Formica “Black” (interiors and exteriors) with Cambria “Dunmore” quartz for countertops. The face of the desk features AKUpanel “Classic Oak” wood slats.
The brand logo sign on the face is a 24″ round sign. It is a non-lit sign of 1/2″ thick black PVC mounted on backer with pins. The sign is mounted to face of the desk millwork.
For the planter boxes we used 3/4″ thick AC Pine with clear coat matte finish. The top ledges are capped using solid surface LG Hi-Macs “Black”.
The metal fence features 2″ x 2″ tube steel posts and rails. The steel wire mesh is welded to the tube steel.
All lockers in the men’s and women’s locker rooms are made using Formica “Sand Maple” on the exterior; the interiors are grey melamine. Dry vanity countertops and aprons are made of Wilsonart “Peace Grey” solid surface.
The retail displays feature steel powder coated “matte black”. The shelving, cabinets and soffit is Maple UV coated plywood. We installed LED puck lights in the soffits. For retail we also built two 55″ x 42″ mobile retail carts on lockable casters.
All the interior signage is 1 1/2″ lit acrylic. White faces on stainless steel back with warm white LEDs.
The history wall is constructed of 23″ x 23″ panels of 3/4″ thick pine plywood with pine edge banding on all sides. Some panels showcase direct printed graphics on the faces. Panels are spaced 1″ apart to expose painted reveals.
