Multi family housing cabinetry is a big industry. We are proud to provide the cabinets and countertops for several apartment developments in Sioux Falls and regionally.
This multi-family project takes us to downtown Sioux Falls, SD. Here we provided the cabinets for 124 units plus the community room for The Clark Building in the Cherapa III development.
The Clark is a six-story mass timber loft and retail structure on 6th Street and Reid Place. A modern vibe combined with the timeless and sustainable qualities of the timber structure will create a community like no other. Apartment sizes range from studios to 2 bedrooms + dens with stunning river and courtyard views.
Lets take a look inside one of the units and the fitness center within the development that we did.
- Every unit features Master Woodcraft cabinets. “Sienna” door style painted Grigio Grey in the kitchen and bathrooms. These multi family housing cabinetry are specifically designed for the industry and are available in several door styles and color options.
- All of the kitchens in the units, and in the community room showcase a floating shelf above the wall cabinets. These shelves are built using Maple Veneer with natural clear finish.
- In the community room the cabinets are same as every unit.
- The hallways and community room feature round floating/suspended ceiling panels.
- The countertops in all areas is 3cm quartz.
- All the unit showcase exposed ductwork, knotty pine columns and wood tongue & groove ceiling beams.
