Amazing digital agency custom cabinetry brings life to this historical building close to downtown. Purchased by Click Rain in September 2021 to support their growing agency. Named for its unique Sawtooth roof, the building was originally built in 1919 and operated as a spark plug factory. Click Rain and Lemonly now will have a common office after merging at the beginning of 2022.
This project involved us designing and building a reception/waiting desk, conference room cabinetry, refreshment center, open office benches, (the Sync), employee gathering area cabinetry, custom planters and restroom vanities.
Starting with the reception/waiting desk, here we used Alder Veener on the half wall with Alder hardwood slats (1″ wide by 1/2″ thick) stained Sherwin Williams “Antique Barrel”. The employee side cabinets are Formica Color Core “Black”. The hood and upper countertops are Wilsonart “Moon Geyser” quartz with Formica Infinite Colorcore “Black” on the lower countertops and end panel.
Down the hall is a refreshment center. Here we used Arborite “Mocha Modern Cherry” plastic laminate on the cabinets with Cambria “Blackbrook” quartz for the countertops.
In the flex space we built benches/aprons using Alder Veneer with Alder hardwood slats. The seat cushions are high density foam wrapped with upholstery Luum Adage “Spice”.
The Sync, better known as the employee gathering area showcases perimeter cabinets/floating shelves and a free standing table made using Formica “Camel Elm” with Formica “Ferro Grafite” plastic laminate countertops.
Around the corner you’ll find a couple of open office benches. The benches are made of Alder Veneer with stained finish. The backs/benches are stuffed using high density foam. One set is covered Maraham Compana “Decoupage” upholstery; the other space is covered Maraham Meld “Waterfall” upholstery.
We built a lounge refreshment center using Wilsonart “Black Velvet” plastic laminate with Cambria “Blackbrook” quartz countertops.
In addition to the digital agency custom cabinetry, we built the interior planter box surrounding the huddle room. This box is made using Chemetal “Blackened Aluminum” on the exterior with Formical “Black” on the interiors of the boxes.
Throughout all the restrooms we used Alder Veneer with stained finish on the aprons and supports. The countertops are Cambria “Winterbourne” quartz.
