Our design team, craftsmen, and install team were quite busy the summer and fall of 2022 getting our products installed in time for the grand opening. Let’s take a peek at all the cabinets, countertops and special elements we built and installed.
The horseshoe shaped bar is 21′ x 18′ wide with a center island. On the employee side of the low wall we installed Wilsonart “Forged Steel” wall panels; the countertops are Cambria “Harlech” with a Cambria “Black” drink rail. The island base cabinet is Wilsonart “Asian Night” plastic laminate with Hi Mac “Black Granite” countertops.
The liquor display lower cabinet is Wilsonart “Asian Night”; with 1″ x 1″ steel tube frame powder coated black. The display upper cabinet has tempered glass shelves. The back wall of the upper cabinet is a frosted acrylic panel with LED color changing strips. The countertop is Cambria “Harlech”.
The tree platform frame is made using custom bent steel then powder coated “Champagne”. The face panels are Arborite “Ruched Jute”. The countertop is Hi Mac “Black Granite” solid surface. We installed faux grass and landscape lights for base of the tree. The bench sits on the platform. This is built using solid poplar stained “Urban Bronze”.
The restaurant soffit and entrance is made using Wilsonart “Asian Night” panels with Chemetal “Champagne Brass Aluminum” accent panels.
Throughout the club there are several columns. These are wrapped using a combination of Wilsonart “Forged Steel”, Wilsonart “Asian Sun”, Chemetal “Satin Bronze Aluminum”. Four columns feature backlit 3/8″ thick acrylic panels with vinyl prints.
The entrance surround to the bar/lounge area is built using Forever Barnwood. The 6 1/4″ “Red Barn” wood runs vertically; the “Patina Gray” runs horizontally.
The upscale nightclub cabinetry included the 16.5′ x 4′ casino bar. The bar half wall, the casino divider wall, and the perimeter wall panels are Formica “Cascara Teakwood” plastic laminate with aluminum powder coated “Champagne” accent dividers and trim. The bar countertops are Cambria “Brittannica Warm” quartz.
The hallway wall panels through the casino bar area are Formica “Graphite Twill” and Chemetal “Vintage Mesh”.
Onto the nightclub area. The entrance soffit is Formica “Black” with Chemetal “Champagne Brass Aluminum” on 3/16″ MDF accent panels.
Inside the nightclub the wall panels are Formica “Graphite Twill” with Formica “Black” wall caps. We used Chemetal “Placid” panels on the face of the stage base. The countertops in the nightclub are Cambria “Galloway”.
The third bar is 55′ long x 19′ wide. There are two pass thru coolers and two beer tap islands in the center area. These are made using Wilsonart “Asian Night” on the cabinets with Hi Mac “Black Granite” solid surface for the countertops. The countertops on the bar are Cambria “Langdon” quartz.
The soffit cabinet above the bar is Wilsonart “Cote d’Azur Noir” (textured gloss finish) with 3/8″ acrylic backlit panels with a vinyl print face. Throughout this bar area, the lower wall panels are Arborite “Ruched Jute” plastic laminate with wall caps of Formica “Black”. This area features a wood accent wall made using varying lengths of solid knotty alder “Early American” stain. Boards are hung vertically and separated with accent trim of 6″ MDF powdercoated “Champagne”.
The two feature elements in the front of the restaurant/bar are laser cut stainless steel powder coated “Champagne”. The wall surround is Chemetal “Satin Bronze Aluminum” panels with accent trim powder coated “Brown”. The entrance header is Wilsonart “Cote d’Azur Noir” (textured gloss); lower wall panels are Arborite “Ruched Jute”.
The hostess station, waitress station, and column wraps are Arborite “Ruched Jute”. Countertops are Cambria “Galloway”. The beverage stations are open cabinets of black melamine with Hi Mac “Black Granite” solid surface countertops.
Another feature wall is made using solid knotty alder with Minwax “Early American” stain. The boards are random lengths and varying depths to create a textured 3D appearance.
The third feature wall in the bar area features circles. The dark colored circles are non-lit wood stained Zar “Dark Chocolate Truffle”. The light colored circles are halo-lit stained Zar “Aged Bourbon” and the third circles are 1/8″ thick acrylic circles with a vinyl print.
Included in the upscale nightclub cabinetry are the restrooms. The directional letters are 9″ tall of 3/16″ black acrylic with brushed stainless steel vinyl faces mounted with double stick tape to the wall.
The vanities are Cambria “Brittannica Gold” including the apron and mitered countertops. The half wall face is Chemetal “Metawave Bronze Aluminum”. In the men’s restroom we built divider panels. These are 1 1/2″ x 1 1/2″ square steel tubing with cross bars welded to the frame and powder coated “Champagne Metallic”.
